How to Use Your Steam Seat

1. Place the seat securely on your toilet or on the floor if you prefer kneeling
2. Boil water and add your favorite Yoni Mack herbal blend
3. Allow to steep for 5-10 minutes then pour into the seat — never overfill
4. Always check the temperature before sitting — steam should be warm not scalding
5. Sit comfortably and steam for 20-35 minutes
6. Use a towel, long skirt or robe around your waist to trap the steam for the full experience
7. Breathe. Relax. Connect. 

Cleaning Instructions

Before and after every single use:

• Clean with a mixture of white vinegar and water
• Rinse thoroughly with warm water
• Dry completely before storing

Store in a dry place between uses. Your seat is durable but clean it consistently — your sacred space deserves that care. 

FAQs

Does this come with herbs? No — the steam seat is sold separately. You can add your herbs from our steam blend collection. Not sure which blend to choose? Check out our full steam collection and let your body guide you. 

Will this fit on my toilet? Yes. This seat is designed to fit securely on most standard toilets. It can also be placed on the floor for a kneeling steam if preferred.

How long will it last? With proper cleaning and storage your seat should last 6-12 months.

Can I use this postpartum? Yes — with your doctor's approval and after waiting at least 6-8 weeks after giving birth. Never steam without medical clearance in the postpartum period. Your healing comes first sis.
