How to Steam

1. Boil 4-6 cups of purified water
2. Add 1-2 tablespoons of herbs and steep for 5-10 minutes with the lid on
3. Carefully pour herbal water into your yoni seat or basin
4. Sit comfortably over the steam for 20-30 minutes wrapped in a blanket
5. Breathe deeply and allow your body to release and restore
6. Follow with Sacred Yoni Oil to seal in moisture and intention

Frequency: 1-2 times per week during active womb healing. Once monthly for maintenance.
