Ingredients

Lady’s mantle, burdock root, calendula, red raspberry leaf, dandelion, shepherd’s purse, ashwagandha, yarrow, and hibiscus.

How to Prepare

1. Add one level teaspoon of the blended herbs to your tea infuser.
2. Place the infuser in a mug and pour freshly boiled water over it.
3. Allow the tea to steep for several minutes, until it is cool enough to enjoy comfortably.
4. Remove the infuser and enjoy one cup daily.
