How to Steam

1. Boil water and add your herbal blend
2. Pour into a heat safe bowl and allow to cool slightly — never steam over boiling water
3. Set up your Yoni Seat over the bowl
4. Sit, relax and breathe for 20-30 minutes
5. Follow with Sacred Yoni Oil to seal in moisture and intention

I've never steamed before. Is this really for beginners? Absolutely yes. This kit was designed with first timers in mind. The ritual guide walks you through everything step by step. You've got this sis. 

How many steams will I get from this kit? Each herb pack is good for 2-3 steaming sessions.

How often should I steam? Most women steam once or twice a month for maintenance. If you're working on specific concerns like fibroids or fertility prep you may steam more frequently — listen to your body and follow the ritual guide included.

Can I buy more herbs separately? Yes! Once you've used your starter herbs you can purchase individual steam blends from our shop to continue your practice.
