How to Use

1. Wash your hands thoroughly before opening
2. Pull out the string attached to the pearl
3. Using the applicator insert the pearl approximately 7cm deep — comfortable and secure
4. Leave the pearl in for 24-72 hours maximum
5. Remove gently using the string
6. Allow your body to discharge for the next 24-48 hours — wear a pantyliner during this time 💡
7. Cleanse with warm water afterward
8. Follow with Sacred Yoni Oil to restore moisture and balance

Important Detox Cycle Info Three pearls make one full cleanse. This single pearl is perfect if you're starting slow or trying for the first time.

If you continue with more pearls:

• Wait 24-48 hours after removing the first pearl before inserting the next
• After a full three pearl cycle wait at least 7 days before starting another cycle

Hydration tip: Drink half your body weight in ounces of water during your detox. This helps your body flush toxins and supports your natural cleansing process. Don't skip this sis!

• 2-3 days before your period starts
• During your period
• Until at least 3 days after your period ends

FAQs

Is one pearl enough for a full cleanse? One pearl is a great introduction but three pearls make one complete cleanse cycle. Think of this single pearl as your first step — many of our sisters start here and then order the 3 pack once they experience the reset. 

What should I expect? Your body will begin releasing discharge during and after the cleanse. This is completely normal and means the pearl is working. Some women experience mild cramping. Listen to your body throughout.

Can I use this if I have fibroids or PCOS? Yes. Many of our sisters with fibroids and PCOS use our pearls as part of their womb healing ritual. We always recommend consulting your healthcare provider if you have specific medical concerns.

Can I use this to prepare for pregnancy? Yes — womb cleansing before trying to conceive is a powerful and intentional step. Complete your cleanse, allow your body to fully reset, then begin your fertility preparation. Do NOT use if you may already be pregnant.
